Plain terms for buying books directly from the author.
Refunds
If a file will not open, is damaged, or is not the book you ordered, email books@vezuchi.com within 14 days of purchase. We will send a working copy or refund you in full.
Because digital books can be downloaded and kept, other refund requests are handled case by case. Write to us and we will be fair about it.
Delivery
Digital editions are delivered on your order page the moment payment goes through. Stripe also emails you a receipt. Your order page creates fresh download links each time you open it, so bookmark it.
Privacy
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- We keep a record of each order: your email, the book, the amount, and which link brought you to the site, so we can deliver your book and understand which of our videos and tools help people find us.
- If you ask to be notified about a new book, we store your email for that purpose only and email you once when it is published.
- The site remembers, in your own browser, which link first brought you here.
- We count page visits and clicks on our own server so we know which videos and pages help readers find the books. These counts hold no name, email, or IP address. We use no cookies, no advertising trackers, and sell no data.
- To have your information deleted, email books@vezuchi.com.
Terms
Buying a book gives you a personal license to read it on your own devices. Please do not share the files or post them publicly. The text remains the copyright of Ron Craig.
